Who doesn’t love pancakes for breakfast (or dinner…)? Now that cranberries are in season I decided to try adding them to a basic vegan pancake recipe. If you are not a fan of cranberries, no problem, any other berry, banana or dairy-free chocolate chips will do. Who says you have to use eggs and dairy in pancakes? these vegan pancakes are cholesterol free and just as delicious as any pancakes. Of course you can add any toppings of your choice or anything else you like to the batter but this is a good base for vegan pancakes.
Replace cranberries with blueberries or even dairy-free chocolate chips
