Who doesn’t love brownies? Now you can make your brownies (almost) guilt, oil free. Did you know you an actually make desserts in your air fryer?!

This vegan, oil-free brownie recipe is a good alternative if you’re craving something sweet but oil free. This portion is also smaller so it protects you from overeating brownies 🙂 I’ve been experimenting with new recipes since I got my new air fryer and I love it. I volunteer at the Boys & Girls club in Lancaster every week and always looking for inventive recipes. (We don’t have access to a kitchen) so I’ve been looking for a recipe the kids will enjoy and this is what I came up with. This is the Air Fryer I am using:

Secura Electric Hot Air Fryer.

Even without oil, these brownies are so moist, chocolaty and fluffy. If you’re looking for a 1 minute super easy chocolate fix also check out this recipe.

Instructions
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate small bowl. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well to combine. Mix in the additional add-ins like chocolate chips and nuts,if desired.
  3. Spray some light oil on a small cake pan or heat proof dish that can fit into your air fryer (or line with parchment for complete oil-free). Preheat the air fryer to 350F. (you can also use small ramekins for individual portion)
  4. Add the brownie mixture to the pan and bake in the air fryer for about 20 minutes or until the batter is completely cooked and a testing tooth pick comes out dry. Bake 5 more minutes if needed. They baking time may vary based on the size pan you are using and your air fryer.
