These delightful brownie bites were born on a gloomy rainy Saturday morning when I was craving a sweet snack and was digging around in my pantry. I rolled the brownie bites in hemp hearts so they are a less “guilty” pleasure. These are so soft, chocolaty and melt in your mouth! I wanted to make something that is easy and fool-proof. You can’t go wrong with blending a few ingredients in a food processor.

Instructions
  1. Process all ingredients, except hemp hearts, in a food processor into a uniform mixture. Allow it to sit for a minute. Meanwhile spread the hemp hearts on a large plate. If your mixture seems too liquid, add a few more tablespoons of the almond flour and process again to combine.
  2. Use a 1teaspoon or just pick out even amounts of the dough with clean hands and roll the mixture into golf-sized balls. Roll each ball in the hemp hearts and set aside. You can substitute hemp hearts with shredded coconut or cacao powder, it's all up to you. Let them chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
