I served these little cute avocado party scoops at a dinner party recently. They are literally so easy to make and are simply delicious and healthy too! You don’t have to be an expert in the kitchen to whip these up. Some of my guests requested gluten free options so these were perfect healthy snack choice. You can make as many as you like depending on the size of your group, the portion is simply a recommendation. Make sure that your guacamole has a good amount of lemon juice so that it doesn’t turn an unappealing brown color.
